Rent an Apartment for your vacation in our typical Tuscany Farmhouse
Our Tuscany farmhouse apartments are concentrated in two of the three villages, in "Borgo La Villa" and "Borgo il Lago".
"Borgo La Villa" is situated on a panoramic position with finely furnsihed apartments which face onto the splendid green valley of Dicomano. "Borgo il Lago" is at the centre of the farm, the apartments are simple yet cosy and share the villa's large beautiful garden.
The two villages are 500 metres from one another.
The houses are all perfectly restored, each one with private entrance and garden. Inside they are finely furnished and offer a fireplace and independent heating systems. The ceilings are in original oak beams and the floor has typical Tuscan Cotto. All the equipment is well cared after and efficient. Bed and bath linen is provided by the farm and changed every week.
The little country of Dicomano is only 2 km far from the farm. There are good Tuscan restaurants, pubs, shops and supermarkets. Florence is 35 km far from Dicomano reachable in only 40 minutes by car or with an easy train trip. Many other little and interesting countries are situated in the area with their characteristic churches, squares, and historical monuments.

Features of the farmhouse apartments in Borgo "La Villa"
VILLA VIVAI
This apartment accommodates up to 12 people and measures 320 sq.m. It is divided as follows:
- Ground floor: 1 kitchen with fireplace and oven; 1 dining room with fireplace; 3 sitting-room; 1 bathroom.
- First floor: 6 double bedroom; 2 bathroom; 1 kitchen.
BEATO ANGELICO
This apartment accommodates up to a total of 8 people, with 2 using the sofa bed. The 130 sq.m. apartment is divided as follows:
- Ground floor: a large sitting-room with sofa bed and fireplace and a very large kitchenette
- First floor: 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
GIOTTO
Similar to the Botticelli apartment, our Giotto apartment is also 70 sq.m and has sleeping room for up to 4 people, with the sitting room sofa bed allowing up to 2 more people to sleep in the apartment. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a kitchenette, a sitting-room with sofa bed and fireplace, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
CIMABUE
Identical to our Giotto apartment, with 70 sq.m of space and sleeping room for up to 4 people, with possibility of allowing up to 2 more people to sleep in the apartment by using the sofa bed. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a kitchenette, a sitting-room with sofa bed and fireplace, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
DELLA ROBBIA
This 120 sq.m. farmhouse apartment sleeps up to 6 people and is divided as follows:
- Ground floor: 1 large kitchen with fireplace; 1 double bedroom; 1 bathroom.
- First floor: 2 double bedroom; 1 bathroom.
BRUNELLESCHI
This cozy 65 sq.m. apartment sleeps 4 people and is divided on two levels as follows:
- Ground floor: 1 kitchen; 1 sitting-room.
- First floor: 2 double bedroom; 1 bathroom.
ANDREA DEL CASTAGNO
This 100 sq.m. apartment sleeps up to 6 people, with two using the soda bed, and is divided as follows:
- Ground floor: a sitting-room with fireplace and sofa-bed and a kitchenette.
- First floor: 2 double bedrooms and one bathroom.
LIPPI
This 100 sq.m. apartment sleeps up to 6 people, and is on the ground floor. It is composed of a sitting room with sofa bed, a kitchenette, 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom.
Features of the farmhouse apartments in Borgo "Il Lago"
MASACCIO
The Tuscan apartment measures 90 sq.m. and sleeps up to 6 people. It is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse, with a kitchen with fireplace, a sitting-room, three double bedrooms and one bathroom.
BOTTICELLI
The 70 sq.m. apartment has room for 4 people, but the sitting room sofa can convert into a bed to allow up to 2 more people to sleep in the apartment. The farmhouse apartment is located on the ground floor and has a kitchen with fireplace, a sitting-room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
VASARI
The 70 sq.m. apartment has room for 4 people, but the sitting room sofa bed can accommodate 2 more people. The apartment is on the ground floor, and consists of: a kitchen with fireplace, a sitting-room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
FIORENTINO
Identical to the Vasari Apartment, this also sleeps up to 6 people and includes a kitchen with fireplace, sitting-room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
It is also possible to rent the apartments for a minimun of 3 days instead of a week throughout the year, except in the high season months of July and August (prices for shorter stays are available upon request).
